My holiday letting sat vacant
My holiday letting sat vacant for a good part of early 2004. My property agent said it was `unavoidable` in this market. I found the Exchange, had it booked for the next year in a very short time and fired the agent! No commissions. Brilliant.

Have used this website twice
Have used this website twice now and find it extremely useful. We advertised for admin/accounts person, preferably students who have to work around their study itineraries. Would recommend it to any business advertising part-time positions.

I was selling my house
I was selling my house privately & wasted months & $1,000`s on advertising elsewhere. Found the Exchange & placed a bold ad with images which got very high search engine exposure & within weeks my house sold - the buyer came via this site! Many thanks.
